About Bolger Funeral Directors
Bolger’s Funeral Directors is an Independent family funeral business that is owned and managed by Paul, Esther and Louise Bolger and their family. Paul has worked in the funeral industry since 2002 when he was 16 years of age where he went into the trade through a work placement in transition year in secondary school in Co. Limerick and started his career in one of the busiest Funeral Homes in Limerick city.

He immediately knew this was the career for him. Paul had a keen interest in the embalming side of the business where he had done observation and light work during his part-time position acquiring the skills and experience needed and has been embalming since the age of 18.

He then moved to Dublin in 2008 where his career progressed further to arranging funerals. Here he gained the knowledge how to meet and sit down with families and learn the requirements of arranging a funeral and contacting the required third parties and ensuring all paperwork was completed in order for the funeral to take place.

Bolger’s Funeral Directors want to facilitate meaningful ways for the family and community to celebrate the memory of their loved one. We will do this by providing information, options and a flexible service that best fits their needs together with guidance with the highest level of competence, courtesy and compassion.
We will provide a respectful and affordable funeral in a comfortable environment, always striving to exceed the expectations of each family we serve with the same respect and dignity we would have afforded our own family in time of need.

Our Staff
At Bolger's Funeral Director's, we offer integrity and openness in helping you to make the necessary decisions about every aspect of the funeral being arranged, including its cost and payment, leaving you in control of the decisions. We have over 20 years of experience within the funeral business. We will do our best to take as much of the worry and responsibility from the family as possible, with the understanding that only we as family business can give. A big thing you will find when you deal with our family business is that you deal with family, we promote continuity in dealing with the same people throughout. Our staff are both family and close friends whom we trust and who represent out company with pride so in time we can hand the business over to our own children to continue to tradition we have set for them.
